Returns & Refunds
We want museskin to earn its place in your routine. If it doesn't, here is exactly how a return works.
60-night trial
You have 60 nights from delivery to try your mask. If it isn't right for you, email our team and we'll issue a return authorisation.
Condition
Please return the device with its charger and packaging where possible. Devices with physical damage outside normal use may receive a partial refund.
Refund timing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Warranty claims
Manufacturing defects are covered for 2 years from purchase. Contact support with your order number and a short description or video of the issue.
